The new Iron Man Suit was unveiled on Monday during a demonstration with Paramount Home Entertainment. Though it’s not exactly Iron Man suits, it meets the latest technology that we have.
The new robotic suit called Exoskeleton (XOS 2) is released by Raytheon Company, XOS 2 is lighter, faster and stronger than its predecessor, yet it uses 50 percent less power than previous one. Its enhanced design also means that it is more resistant to the environment.
XOS 2 does the lifting for its operator, reducing both strain and exertion. It also does the work faster. XOS 2 is comprised of structures, sensors, actuators and controllers, and it is powered by high pressure hydraulics. It enables its wearer to easily lift 200 pounds several hundred times without tiring them. It is capable of doing works equal to three strong soldier.

XOS 2 is incredibly fluent and strong, interesting thing is that it doesn’t make wearer feel that he is lifting 200 pounds of weight. Being light weight, XOS 2 uses very less power, as said, it consumes 50 percent lesser power than it’s predecessor.
The use of high tech sensors and actuators makes the interaction between wearer and controller faster than ever. It can instantly interact according to your body movements. It is more flexible and usable.
This is one of the best and useful military equipments. Besides military field it can be also used in construction companies which require hard labor and large number of worker to complete simple weight lifting and tough physical jobs.
